1. Who we are

This website is operated by Turf Vision EOOD („Търф Вижън“ ЕООД), UIC/ЕИК 208794002, registered office: 4 Yana Str., entr. B, fl. 2, apt. 14, 1756 Sofia, Bulgaria, represented by Yavor Atanasov ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. What data we process

• Contact data you send us. If you contact us via the form, email or phone, we receive the details you provide (name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message).
• Server logs. Our web server automatically records technical access data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) in standard log files.

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, and loads no third-party resources (fonts and images are served from our own server).

3. Why and on what legal basis

• Responding to your enquiry — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in answering messages addressed to us).
• Server logs — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in the security and stability of the website.

4. How long we keep it

• Enquiry correspondence: as long as needed to handle your request, and afterwards only where a business relationship follows or law requires retention.
• Server logs: automatically rotated and deleted on a short cycle (weeks, not months).

5. Who receives your data

Your data is not sold or shared for marketing. Messages sent via the contact form are processed on our own web server and delivered by email directly to our mailbox (atanasov@turfvision.bg); nothing is stored in a database. The website and mailbox are hosted within the European Union by our hosting provider, SuperHosting.BG Ltd. (Sofia, Bulgaria), acting as a processor on our behalf. We use no other external processors and no third-party form services.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email atanasov@turfvision.bg.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., 1592 Sofia, www.cpdp.bg.
